Product-related questions:

 

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?:

Yes – we formulate all our products with care, including those with essential oils. Many of our products are unscented and always made with gentle and natural ingredients like goat milk, shea butter and tallow, which are ideal for sensitive or reactive skin.

We do use pure, high quality essential oils in some formulas, but always in safe, skin-friendly concentrations in line with EU cosmetic regulations.

How should I store your products?:

Keep soaps dry between uses on a draining dish. 

Tallow creams should be stored in a cool, dry place (below 20°C / 68°F) and used within 6–12 months.

Do your products contain any synthetic ingredients?:

No – our products are completely free from synthetic ingredients.

We only use pure, natural materials like cold-pressed oils, fats, clays, raw honey, and essential oils. Every formula is thoughtfully crafted without synthetic fragrances, preservatives, dyes, or fillers – just simple, honest skincare rooted in tradition and nature.

Are your products vegan?:

Our products contain ingredients like tallow, goat milk, and sometimes beeswax, so they are not vegan – but they are 100% natural and made with care for sustainability and respectful sourcing.

Do your products contain fragrance?:

We never use synthetic fragrances. Many of our products are entirely unscented, while others, such as our soaps, are lightly scented with pure essential oils. These are included in low, skin-friendly amounts to offer a gentle, natural aroma without overwhelming sensitive skin.

 

I have allergies – should I be concerned about essential oils?:

All essential oils used in our products are included in safe, low concentrations, and we always list naturally occurring allergens (like Limonene, Citral, etc.) clearly on our ingredient labels.

If you have very sensitive skin or known sensitivities, we recommend trying one of our unscented options for extra peace of mind.

Shipping & Packaging-related questions:

Do you ship within Denmark?:

Yes – we ship with DAO or GLS to both home addresses and parcel shops. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?:

At the moment, we primarily ship within Denmark.

However, if you’re based abroad and interested in placing an order, just reach out – we’re happy to explore international shipping options for you.

What kind of packaging do you use?:

We pack all orders in recyclable or biodegradable materials, including glass, paper and cardboard.

What kind of packaging do you use?:

We use eco-conscious, reusable materials such as amber glass jars and metal tins for our products.

Amber glass isn’t just beautiful – it also helps protect sensitive ingredients from light exposure, which can extend shelf life and preserve quality naturally.

Our packaging is designed to be recyclable, and easy to reuse again and again.
